Organization Continuity Management Systems
The continuity management system of the organization ensures a smooth recovery of the processes and activities of the entire organization after an incident that has broken this continuity. It analyzes the impacts and ways of recovery after various types of major accidents as well as minor incidents that may be predictable or unpredictable in an organization. Business Continuity approaches focus not only on eliminating incidents and their causes, but primarily on preventing them. The standard is compatible (Annex SL) with multiple management standards and is an excellent tool in the hands of senior management, who, in the context of organizations, is addressing its strategic direction, plan and continuing to manage the organization.
